BRICK 'EM PURCHASES & REFUND POLICY

Brick 'Em may offer optional in-app purchases, including digital items, cosmetics, custom celebrations, emojis, virtual game items, and other features.

1. Digital Items

Digital items purchased or obtained through Brick 'Em are intended solely for use within the Brick 'Em application.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital items:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be withdrawn.
• Cannot be exchanged through Brick 'Em for real-world money.
• Are not financial assets or deposits.

2. App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized distribution platform are processed by the applicable platform.

The applicable platform's payment and refund policies may apply to those transactions.

3. Pricing

Prices and available digital items may change.

Any applicable price will be displayed before the user confirms a purchase.

4. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple or Google should generally be submitted through the platform that processed the transaction and are subject to that platform's applicable rules and legal requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

5. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe an unauthorized transaction occurred through your Brick 'Em account, contact the applicable payment provider and Brick 'Em support as soon as possible.

6. Fraud and Chargeback Abuse

Fraudulent purchases, fraudulent chargebacks, payment manipulation, or exploitation of payment errors may result in restrictions or termination of a Brick 'Em account.

7. Virtual Items After Account Deletion

Deleting a Brick 'Em account may result in permanent loss of digital items, progress, achievements, virtual balances, and other account-related content.

Account deletion itself does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law or the applicable payment platform's policies.
